Admissions at BITS Edu Campus are governed by prevailing norms of ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses). Generally they provide admission based on merit number of students (based on qualifying examination and GUJCET). There are certain seats reserved for various categories. Being professional courses the students are eligible for educational loan from all leading banks. The college support and extend all necessary help to the admitted students so as to avail education loan from leading banks. We also have full flange campus branch of Canara Bank.

We have separate hostel facility available for boys and girls within campus comparable to NRI standards .

WHAT IS THE FEE STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR B.E. COURSES?Answer
Fees for B.E. is 1,06,000/- Rs per annum (A.Y.2018-19) and it has to be paid at the beginning of the odd semester every year.
Fees for M.E. is 1,12,000/- Rs per annum (A.Y.2018-19) and it has to be paid at the beginning of the odd semester every year.
Note : Fees are fixed by Govt. appointed Fees Fixation committee and revised every three years

DO YOU HAVE SOME SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS?Answer
(A) The students admitted under Tution fee waiver scheme at this college by ACPC are waived tuition fees throughout the course of study.
(B) The scholarships provided by State Govt. for SC/ST can be availed as per government norms.
(C) The management of this college provides scholarships to meritorious students at GTU examination , ranging from Rs. 12000 to Rs. 51000 depending on their rank.

As such there is no uniform dress code but it is expected that they should refrain from wearing indecent, provocative dresses like offending printed taglines.
